Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using zenlume.in (the "Website") or placing an order. By accessing our Website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

1. About Us

Zenlume is a direct-to-consumer brand selling premium rechargeable touch lamps in India. Our registered contact email is zenlum.lamps@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are placing an order on behalf of someone else, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Products and Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.
• Product colours may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment (online) or advance payment of ₹149 (COD). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — in which case a full refund will be issued.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods via Razorpay:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net banking
• Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (₹149 advance required)

All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank account details.

4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, a non-refundable advance of ₹149 is charged at the time of order placement to confirm your order. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon delivery. Refusal to accept a COD delivery without valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders from your address.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations beyond our control.
• A tracking ID will be provided via WhatsApp and/or email once your order is dispatched.
• We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner after handover.
• In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Cancellations

• You may request cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, contact us at zenlum.lamps@gmail.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
• If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7.2 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final once the product is delivered in acceptable condition.

7.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please share your bank details when raising a refund request.

7.4 Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, scratched, or physically damaged by the customer
• The original packaging is missing or tampered with
• The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the exclusive property of Zenlume and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Zenlume's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and Website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable Indian consumer protection laws. We make no guarantee that the Website will meet your requirements or that results obtained from use will be accurate or reliable.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

12. Consumer Rights (India)

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you have a grievance, you may also escalate it to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
